2.1 By accessing or using the Site and purchasing Digital Assets, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase Digital Assets.
3.1 Lume offers a range of Digital Assets for purchase. All Digital Assets remain the property of Lume and are licensed to the purchaser.
3.2 Upon successful purchase, you will receive a download link or access to the Digital Asset(s). It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate software or platform to access and use the Digital Assets.
4.1 All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
4.2 Prices for Digital Assets are as listed on the Site. Lume reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
5.1 Upon purchase, Lume grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Assets for personal and commerical use,
5.2 However, You may not resell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer the Digital Assets for direct monetary gain, nor may you create your own online store to sell the Digital Assets.
6.1 Due to the nature of Digital Assets, all sales are final. Lume does not offer refunds or returns for Digital Assets once purchased.
7.1 All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and Digital Assets, is the property of Lume or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
8.1 Lume shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or Digital Assets.
9.1 Lume reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time without prior notice for violation of these Terms.
11.1 Lume reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site and purchase of Digital Assets constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
